The Happiness Project

My cousin Julie said that we girls should read this book, so today I went out and bought a copy. And those of you who know me, I can't put down a book when I find a good one. So I read the first chapter, and it is very interesting. Each chapter is made up of things you should do for the month, January is Boost Energy:

Go to sleep earlier ( I am a nite owl this should be intersting)
Exercise better
Toss, restore, organize
Tackle a nagging task
act more energetic


So I've already started the third task, actually last week, I've cleaned out all my kitchen cabinets and the pantry ( with Bethanie's help) Two closets and started on the third one...

I think this will be fun

    OH YEAH!!!!
    I ordered mine on Amazon and it will be here this week sometime, probably not til the end though!!! So I will just start the projects!!!!!
    Go to bed earlier...hmmmm... tough one for me!!!
    Exercise better, I need to get my sciatic nerve fixed!!!! Ok, first on my list, go to Chiropractor or get a massage!!!!
    I could toss some stuff out, there's always stuff you do not use!!!!
    act more energetic, People would think I was a FOOL if I acted more energetic!!!!!!

  2. It has got me started...I have to admit! When you start to tackle drawers, closets, cabinets...it is such a good feeling to get it done! Keep up the good work!
